Sutter’s Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 packets Chocolate Beverage Meal Replacement
- 3 packets artificial sweetener
- 3 tsp. cocoa
- ½ tsp. baking soda
- 1 egg white
- 1 ¼ tsp. almond extract
- 3 Tbsp. water
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
- Mix all dry ingredients — save one packet of artificial sweetener!
- Add more water by teaspoon until the consistency of smooth, thick brownie dough. (Only if the dough is too stiff.)
- Spray non-stick cooking spray onto a cookie sheet and drop the dough by rounded teaspoon onto the sheet. Sprinkle one packet of artificial sweetener over the tops prior to baking. Bake for no longer than 5 min.
- Makes 10 to 12 cookies.
- Use for two meals.
