Salsa Chicken in a Slow Cooker
Ingredients
- 4 frozen boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 32 oz. salsa
- 2 cups frozen corn
- 1 can (14.5 oz. ) black beans, drained
- Flour tortillas
- Sour cream
- Guacamole
- Lettuce
- Tomatoes
- Reduced fat cheese
- Salsa
Directions

Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.

Place first four ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours.

Thirty to 60 minutes before serving, remove chicken, shred and return to slow cooker.

Serve as in tortillas and add other desired condiments.
