Pork Tenderloin in a Slow Cooker
Ingredients
- 1¼ cups cubed sweet potatoes
- 1¼ cups cubed Yukon gold potatoes
- ½ tsp. dried oregano
- ½ tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1 pound frozen pork tenderloin (or four lean pork chops)
- ½ cup low sodium chicken broth
Directions

Spray slow cooker with non-stick spray. Place potatoes in slow cooker.

In small bowl, combine spices and mix well. Rub mixture onto pork.

Place pork on top of potatoes. Pour broth over pork and potatoes.

Cover. Cook on low setting for 8-9 hours.
