Miriam’s Finger Lickin’ Chicken Chips
Ingredients
- 1 packet Chicken Soup Meal Replacement
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. baking powder
- 6 Tbsp. water
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and spray Teflon baking pan with non-stick spray.
- Mix the Chicken Soup Meal Replacement, spices, and 4 Tbsp. water in a bowl. Mix in remaining 2 Tbsp. water.
- Place spoonfuls onto pan.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 3 ½ minutes on lower shelf. Then, bake at 3 ½ minutes on the highest shelf. YOU MUST STAND BY THE OVEN AND WATCH THE BROWNING PROCESS BECAUSE THEY WILL BURN EASILY.
- This recipe makes 3 cookie sheets full. The entire recipe equals ONE meal beverage/replacement serving.
