Hummus Dip
Ingredients
- 30 oz. can of low-sodium garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- ½ cup lemon juice
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ tsp. paprika
- ½ tsp. dried parsley
Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

Serve as dip for veggies slices or sticks.
