Chocolate Cherry Mousse

Ingredients

  • ½ cup boiling water
  • ½ envelope Knox© unflavored gelatin
  • 1 tsp. cocoa
  • 2 packets artificial sweetener
  • ½ tsp freeze dried coffee
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. cherry flavoring
  • ½ cup of water
  • 1 packet Vanilla or Chocolate Beverage Meal Replacement

Directions

  1. Add hot water, gelatin, and sweetener in a blender and blend for one minute.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until well mixed.
  3. Pour into several small or one large serving dish.
  4. Cover and refrigerate at least 1½ hours or until set.
