Chocolate Almond Mousse
Ingredients
- ½ cup boiling water
- ½ envelope (1-1/8 tsp.) Knox unflavored gelatin
- 1 tsp. cocoa
- Dash of cinnamon
- 2 packets artificial sweetener
- ¼ tsp. pure almond extract
- ½ cup water
- 1 packet Vanilla Beverage Meal Replacement
Directions
- In a blender; add hot water, gelatin, and sweetener.
- Blend for one minute.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend until well mixed.
- Pour into several small or one large serving dish.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 1½ hours or until set.
