    What I Do
Life is a series of ups and downs, ebbs and flows, times of feeling okay and times of feeling not okay. Sometimes during the hard times, it can be helpful to talk to someone about what’s going on. I am here to provide a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings in a way that is helpful for you. Through Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), you can learn how to take the weight off your thoughts and feelings so you can make choices that move you toward the person you want to be, following your values toward what’s important.

My clinical interests include LGBTQ+ exploration/development, reconciling/navigating LGBTQ+ identity/faith, identity development, life transitions, spirituality/faith/religion, grief/loss, anxiety, depression, couples and family therapy, and psychological testing.

    Getting to Know Me
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, writing and exploring parks and trails in the area!
